If you do not have a Washington State UBI number, we can assist vendors with obtaining a temporary number. Any applications that are informational in nature and will not be conducting any commerce will not need a UBI number.

Electrical Drop
All electrical needs must be ordered in advance. Electrical drops are billed from the facility and details will be sent regarding payment. **Standard Indie and Sponsor Booth are provided with electricity.

Further, I understand that submitting this form only registers my application for a Booth Space. Submission of this application form for a Booth Space is not a guarantee of acceptance or event participation. All exhibitors will be issued an invoice for Booth Space after acceptance.
